We started as the pioneer batch of the CRM option and we ended everything being the most noisy class the lecturers have ever seen [: Everyone has been pretty emo in their blogs, so is da jie's turn now!
3 years ago, I started my poly journey with BM0411! Although we were into different group of friends, different CCAs, we still go for our long lunch breaks together, trying to sleep in the small discussion room at the library and do many crazy things!
Amy, Carrie and I love to gossipe! There was once when we were gossiping in the class and
Amy hit her head against the wall while laughing her ass off, in the end the class laughed their ass off too!
Year 1 was the year, I took up 7 ccas! Trying out everything and in the end settled for SBM club and NYAA! I was pretty active during year 1, in the end my results failed on me ]:
Choose CRM as my specialisation, about 8 of us were in the same class! Didnt know who were my classmates during my 1st day of class as I was involved in the orientation! I still can clearly remember Chang Da reaching out his hand in welcoming all the OGLs back to class as he was the class rep!
As usual formed our gang, and me being the da jie! BM0431 was the most noisy class during lectures, be it giving the right/wrong answers or talking loudly across the lecture hall! We never failed to let everyone knows our presence and we make sure the lecturers know our name!
We maybe the most playful bunch you can find but we do study hard too, we "camped" in our school library to study for exams! Making notes and doing past year papers has been a joy with all the brothers around, I even brought my pillow to the library and they never fail to "rob" it away! We travelled overseas together too! Been on immersion programme to HK, bonded well with all the craps and "falling in" [:
With all the fun we had in the class, we had fun too during TEP! Paying school fees yet we have to work for the school! Had lots of movies and games everyday with many coffee breaks! Too be frank, I am the one who load all the videos into the shared folders with many others who contributed.
Organised many school events and I was pretty famous among SBM lecturers and SAOs! Skipped many lessons offically too and all the reasons were the same! My brothers were say the same to all lecturers: "Joan involved in xxx event, got excuse letter!" Year 2 was when I represented NYAA for Switzerland exchange programme!
Year 3 was the busiest yet shortest semster, had tonnes of projects and conflicts started to fire off! Shall not talk about the conflicts! It was our 1st time having at least 6 presentations in 4 working days! Nothing can beat our class with more than half the class not sleeping just to complete the projects! Something happend to our classmate, and since then we started praying for her to recover fast and hoping she can graduate with us soon.
Although Year 3 is the busiest and shortest semster but it was a semster that Joan didnt fail any ICA! It is worth celebrating for, even Carrie commented me [:
With here I end my 3 years of exciting moments in NYP, it maybe a small campus but we had lots of colourful and exciting lives in here. It not only teaches me the theories from textbooks, it brings many people into my life, be it bad or good one. NYP gives me lots of opportunities to do well [:
